After forming at the University of Southampton in 2016, OUT-TAKE ensemble have performed exciting programmes in Bristol, Southampton, York, and London. A group mainly made up of composers, their goal to share new and exciting ideas with their audience has led to many collaborations with composers, including Ben Oliver, James McIlwrath, and Alexandra Spence. Street Orchestra Live
After joining the orchestra when it launched in 2015, Kath is a founding member of this ground breaking orchestra. Described by the Guardian as ‘truly uplifting’, the ethos of the group is to bring live music out of the concert hall and directly into the community, by visiting environments that wouldn’t usually have live music. This includes hospitals, prisons, schools libraries, swimming pools, town squares, and various branches of IKEA.
